We work according to the AGILE Scrum methodology, an approach in software development that always focuses on the client, based on continuous releases of functioning software versions, created rapidly and iteratively (MVP).
Working in AGILE methodology allows us to use flexible approaches and to work in a team, side by side with the client, in order to focus, altogether, the efforts on continuous product’s improvement to let the client have the full control on software development phases.
AGILE methodology allows the adoption of a lighter approach to the technical documentation writing, and to incorporate modifications in any phase of the product life cycle, instead of preventing them.

COLLABORATIVE APPROACH
Daily Stand-ups
A daily update about ongoing activities and tasks to keep under control the project progress and not to lose sight of the goal.
Weekly review and planning
We monitor the work progress with the client weekly (or biweekly), in order to keep him/her always updated about what we’ve accomplished during the iteration (development cycle) and about what we’ll be working on, so that we can plan the next iteration, realigning, if necessary, the development.
Iterative and incremental releases
In compliance with AGILE, each time an iteration ends, a new incremental product version is released. We adopt test and control systems for each release to guarantee the quality of the product in each phase and not to lose track of the modifications that occurred over time.

STAGE 1
EXPLORATORY
SURVEY
We start our projects through a first phase of analysis.
It’s important to us to comprehend, as much as possible, the client and their business goal, to have a complete overview of their problem and needs.
We put together the best skilled people we have to create the work Team.
When a client contacts us, he/she often already has a solution: our analysis phase allows us to verify its effectiveness and technical feasibility.
STAGE 2
DESIGNING AND PLANNING
Data in hand, we share a detailed technical proposal, we analyze it together with the client to start the comparison with their expectations and needs.
This step allows us to verify that we have understood the issue and the quality of the proposed solution.
Along with the client, we determine the technical mix which best suits specific company needs, strategy, long term goals, reference field regulations and time to market.
With the right combination of technology, innovation and design, we can solve the hardest business issues, and we can provide customized software solutions.
STAGE 3
PROTOTYPING
It’s in this phase that ideas come to life. Our teams are able to develop any kind of application (Desktop, mobile, cloud, etc.).
We work a lot with 3D rendering, segmentation methods, coregistrations and medical imaging processing in general. We are experienced in DICOM, artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning in the medical field.
We’ve implemented every kind of hardware (TAC, MRI, DEXA, biosensors, surgery devices, laser, 3D printers, robot, etc.) but also different software such as EHR, management ones, PACS and in cloud systems.

TECHNICAL FILE AND MAINTENANCE
As we are an ISO 13485 certified company, we know very well the influence of the software on medical devices’ safety and performance. We develop them at best, therefore we guarantee, for all our distributed products, the complete traceability, prompt intervention if there’s a suspected or verified non-conformity, and the necessary regulatory documentation to allow our clients to get the certifications they desire.
We define, together with the client, maintenance plans and regular feedback: we’re always prepared for new challenges, gathering information and new goals, aiming for a continuous improvement of the product.
TECHNOLOGY RUNNERS
Over the years, we’ve followed projects in the medical (surgical, presurgical, diagnostic, DICOM data management, PACS, etc.), industrial, commercial, wearable, robotic, IT research fields, using and implementing any kind of technology.
