Information pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the processing of personal data (hereinafter also “GDPR”)

NRGsys S.p.A. informs users that it processes the personal data of users of the website www.nrgsys.it, as well as data related to the commercial services offered by the Company.

Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, in full respect of the rights of the data subject.
This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the processing carried out by NRGsys S.p.A. within the scope of its commercial relationships and on the website www.nrgsys.it, and does not concern the processing carried out by third parties that may be reached through links on the website.

NRGsys S.p.A. has no control over such third-party websites and is not responsible for the processing of personal data carried out by them. Users are therefore required to consult the privacy policies of such third-party websites.

Processed for the following purposes:

  1. Execution of recruitment and selection procedures, establishment of the employment relationship, and performance of contractual duties;

  2. Fulfillment of legal, accounting, tax, payroll and social security obligations;

  3. Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (Legislative Decree no. 81/2008), including medical examinations by occupational physicians;

  4. Protection of company assets (including defensive controls or verification of compliance with non-compete agreements, also through data obtained from social networks or the internet), including video surveillance;

  5. Issuance of identification badges for external operators;

  6. Other purposes set out in Company Regulations and in the Privacy Authority’s Guidelines on employment relationships (Resolution no. 53/2006).

  2. Fulfillment of legal, accounting and tax obligations;

  3. Verification and granting of income-based benefits;

  4. Fulfillment of obligations related to the presence of electromedical devices;

  5. Transmission of information relating to customer energy production systems to the Italian Energy Services Operator (GSE) for the purpose of granting public incentives;

  1. Performance of checks related to workplace safety or contract awarding procedures;

  3. Verification of contribution and debt status to comply with payment obligations in favor of the Italian Revenue Agency (Article 48-bis of Presidential Decree no. 602/1973);

  4. Execution of procurement and tender procedures.
     

Data relating to Third Parties
Processed for the following purposes:

  1. Protection of company assets and access control through video surveillance;

  2. Processing of data relating to clients’ family members for the granting of benefits and proper service delivery;

  3. Management of reports and/or service requests;

  4. Management of relationships with subsidiary companies through the processing of data relating to their shareholders, employees and directors.
     

Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has all rights provided for by Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including the right to:

  • access personal data,

  • rectification,

  • erasure,

  • data portability,

  • restriction of processing,

  • withdraw consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal),

  • object to processing, and

  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
     

These rights may be exercised by submitting a request to the data controller, which will be addressed without undue delay.
